We often avoid taking risks because we’re afraid of failing. We’re afraid that if we fail we’ll be judged. We’re afraid of the unknown. We’re afraid to get started on something that could potentially go wrong.

And hey, there’s a good chance we’re right. Experimentation is risky – it’s likely that you will, in fact, fail at some things. But we don’t learn anything when we repeat good practices over and over and over again. The key is creating a safe environment where we celebrate experimental learning.
